SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Standard shipping is £3.95 for all UK mainland orders under £50. We dispatch online orders via Royal Mail and Parcel Force services. Receive free shipping when you spend over £50, if you live in mainland UK.  Order value must be over £50 including any vouchers, coupons or discounts added, in order to be eligible for free shipping. 

 

We aim to dispatch all items within 2-3 working days of receiving your order. Please note that during peak periods dispatch may be delayed, however your order will be dispatched within 5 working days.

 

Once your order has been dispatched a confirmation will be sent to the provided registered email address. Orders placed on a bank holiday or weekend will be processed next working day.

 

Prices quoted are for UK mainland addresses. Delivery to parts of Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and the Isle of Wight may incur an additional postage cost to the customer. We will contact you if there will be an extra cost on your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

We hope that you will be extremely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason that is not the case then please contact us at hello@nickygordon.co.uk.

 

If you would like to return items, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. You have a further 14 days to return the items, unused in the original condition along with proof of purchase. Once we have received the items, we will arrange an exchange or refund within 14 days to the person who originally purchased the items.

 

We do not have a free returns policy and items must be returned at your own cost. However, we will issue a full refund or exchange if the product has arrived damaged or if there is a manufacturing fault.

 

If your parcel appears to have been damaged during transit, please notify us immediately via email at hello@nickygordon.co.uk  including photographs of the damaged item(s).

 

Exchanges and Returns: Method and Conditions

 

  • Email us at hello@nickygordon.co.uk to notify us about the return before posting your order.

  • Please ensure your items are in a resaleable condition and in their original packaging.  Include your original order number together with the items.

  • Affix/pay for the correct postage and return your parcel to:  Nicky Thomas, 14 Cedars Avenue, Rickmansworth, Herts, WD3 7AN.

  • We suggest you obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office, as you are responsible for the goods until they reach us.

  • No refunds will be given for taxes, duties, tariffs and excise charges levied for overseas orders either for refunds or exchanged items.

  • All items that are returned and exchanged, can only be made once.

  • We reserve the right and full discretion to refuse a refund or exchange if the items you wish to return are the same item(s) as a previous order.

  • Our returns and exchanges policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear of a product.

  • We aim to process your return and issue your choice of a refund or exchange within 5 working days of receipt of your return.

  • We regret that we are only able to refund postage charges if you have been sent incorrect, faulty or damaged goods.Therefore, we do not recommend paying extra for ‘special delivery or ‘signed for services.’
